年末、越年用の発泡ワインを買った際、おまけで屠蘇散が貰えたので赤ワイン屠蘇を作ってみた。
大晦日の晩、いつもの日本酒（今年は幻の滝純米吟醸）、三河味醂に加え、赤ワイン（あまり高いワインでは勿体ないので、cono surカベルネ・ソービニョンの一番安い奴）の各々に屠蘇散を投入。

一夜明けた元日の朝、飲み比べてみると、赤ワイン御屠蘇は、屠蘇散の薬っぽい臭いが最も少なく、さらにワイン本来の渋味と屠蘇散の渋味の融合により、ポリフェノール強化がなされた健康飲料を飲んでいるような爽快な気分になった。
ただし、おせち料理との相性は・・・日本酒に敵うわけがない
